Ben Brooker
Ben Brooker's career in arboriculture began in 2000 at Merrist Wood College in Surrey — and hasn't stopped since. Over more than two decades, he has built a depth of experience that few in the profession can match.
In 2013, Ben founded Manx Roots on the Isle of Man, bringing international expertise to the island. The company was built on a simple premise: trees deserve the same quality of professional advice as any other valuable asset.
Ben holds a Level 6 Diploma in Arboriculture — the highest non-degree qualification in the field — and is an ISA Certified Arborist. As a registered Lantra instructor, he delivers industry-recognised training courses on the island, in partnership with Treevolution Scotland.
His passion for conservation led to the acquisition of Renscault Brooghs in 2021 — a 25-acre rewilding project in the West Baldwin Valley. This personal commitment to restoring native habitats extends well beyond commercial services.
